The history of ethical and professional performance of each of the partners and members of our team, added to the country’s anti-corruption and integrity legal diplomas, as well as the market and society’s requirements in relation to the topic, have guided since the birth of the office our practices.

However, the ethical and integrity practices and conducts, already present in our daily lives individually or even in our joint performance, lacked systematization, organization, and transparency, both in relation to our own team and in relation to the set of collaborators, partners, and customers.

Thus, since the beginning of our activities, we have sought to implement and improve a more competitive and efficient business model. This effort allowed us to expand our management capacity, to perceive possibilities for innovation and needs for improvement, among which, the construction of a formally constituted Integrity Program stands out.

Our code of ethics and conduct is one more important step within the Integrity Program and constitutes a set of rules, mechanisms, and internal integrity procedures that seeks to prevent, detect, and remedy possible deviations, fraud, acts of corruption, and illicit acts in the public administration and in relation to the private sector, under the terms established by Brazilian law.

Far from being a mere formality, the Code of Ethics and Conduct is the demonstration of our commitment to integrity and to an organizational culture focused on respect for legislation, customers, and society. It thus reflects our values and outlines the guidelines for the internal conduct of the office.
