All reports and complaints received, including those relating to acts of fraud and corruption, pursuant to Brazilian legislation, in particular Law 12,846/2013, which provides for administrative and civil liability of legal entities for the practice of acts against the public administration, national or foreign, will be treated with professionalism, ensuring confidentiality and any type of retaliation being prohibited. When registering a report, a protocol number will be generated, allowing the monitoring of the verification process. We appreciate your initiative and trust. There is no need to identify the whistleblower and, therefore, the anonymity of whistleblowers is guaranteed. Even when the whistleblower is identified, the information relating to his/her identity will receive confidential treatment and its use will be limited to the measures necessary to determine the content of the whistleblower.
