Since the beginning of our activities, seeking to implement and improve a more competitive and efficient business model, Allemand hired specialized consulting services to map and design its internal and business processes. This effort allowed us to expand our management capacity, to perceive possibilities for innovation and needs for improvement, among which stands out the construction of an Integrity and Compliance Program, a Social and Environmental Responsibility Program and, especially, a Governance Program.

While our Business Plan outlined the main objectives, goals, and actions in the short, medium, and long term, the Governance Program identified, remodeled, and improved our organizational structure and ways of working.

Thus, administrative support sectors and work tools were defined, in addition to the construction and design of internal flows and processes, as well as management tools to promote the integration and synergy of all areas and systems.
